- FILTRASORB 300 is a granular activated carbon used to remove dissolved organic compounds from water, wastewater, and industrial and food processing streams. Contaminants include odor compounds, organic color, total organic carbon (TOC), and industrial organic compounds such as TCE and PCE.
- This activated carbon is made from select bituminous coal through a process known as agglomeration, resulting in a high-activity, durable granular product capable of withstanding abrasion from multiple backwashes, hydraulic transport, and reactivation for reuse.
